Highcliffe Methodist Church was the venue for a Circuit Service on Thursday 30 August, when Revd Martin Keenan and Revd Phil Dixon were welcomed into the Circuit. The service was led by Revd Gwyneth Owen, with Revd Dr Andrew Wood (Chair of Southampton District) preaching the sermon and giving the formal welcome to both Martin and Phil. Other members of the Circuit Leadership Team also took part in the service and the rousing singing was led by the Holtwood Mission Band and Ken Sidding. People from around the circuit packed the church, and a large contingent from the Isle of Wight came across to support Phil. Others present had come from along the south coast and around London, so we hope that Martin and Phil feel truly welcomed!
