General Covid 19 — Worship @ Barton
We have re-opened, providing safe and socially distanced worship at 10.30am on Sundays in the church for up to 27 people.

Please book a seat via Margaret on 01425 628669, we thought that would prevent us having to turn folk away. So far, so good.

Worship lasts a maximum of 45 minutes and please remember that we all have to wear masks.

It mostly involves: the organ; audio/visual projection on screen, which include hymns and worship songs to listen to and the words to read; prayers; at least one Bible reading, often with a reader, and of course a message/sermon! No, we cannot sing out loud, but Yes, we can worship with a sense of togetherness with God.
A Weekly Worship Service prepared by a variety of Methodist preachers around the Connexion is sent out to many of our folk via email. It has links to connect to YouTube for hymns and with images added for enriching a printed service. Copies are printed off and given to those without email.
