Cream Tea Milford on Sea

In the summer, there is nothing quite like a strawberry cream tea to make you appreciate living in England. So on Wednesday 20th August, the Milford on Sea Methodist Church held a strawberry cream tea on its premises, and the picture shows what was being served: a plain scone, a fruit scone, strawberry jam, clotted cream and a bowl of strawberries all washed down with cups of tea. We were delighted to host friends from some of the other churches in the village as well as from other churches around the Christchurch and Wimborne Methodist Circuit. Our thanks to all those who attended and the event raised £250 for church funds.
