Wimborne Methodist Church Lunch Club celebrated its 10th Anniversary recently. The invited guests were Deputy Mayor of Wimborne, Councillor Terry Wheeler and his wife Pauline, together with Revd Robert McBain and his wife Christine. They were joined by Mrs Vi Ashpool who has been the organiser since the club started.

Fifty members and volunteers from the church enjoyed a three course meal and an anniversary cake, cut by Mrs Wheeler. Thanks were given to all the church members and volunteers who make this weekly lunch such a great success.
