Alison's Ordination at Conference

Deacon Alison McMillan was received into Full Connexion of The Methodist Church at Birmingham on Sunday 25 June.
-The first picture shows her on stage moments after making her promises.
In the afternoon of the same day she was ordained in Wolverhampton to rapturous applause.
The pictures show:
-Darlington St Methodist Church, Wolverhampton;
-Five newly ordained deacons with the Vice President and others who led the service;
-Alison and the diaconal cross given at ordination;
-Circuit supporters who travelled to support Alison;
-Mary and Alison at the post ordination bun fight!;
-One radiant and very happy person!
-And finally – down to work! Alison co-led prayers at the start of Conference business on Monday morning. And.....she was great!
