20190217-BMC lunch club Ruth-JW

On Tuesday & Friday each week between 12:00 & 1:30 Blandford Methodist Church hosts its Lunch Club for the over 50's. An appetizing two course meal is available for only £3 with tea or coffee served on arrival and the folks are all very friendly and love a good chin wag.
Twice a month there is a Fellowship Hour from 1:30 led by either Alison or Joyce, where a very varied program of activities takes place. This is a time to chat and get to know one another, have a cup of tea and take part in an activity. At our latest meeting Ruth made a collection of bird feeders which she took home and once they are set she will hang out for the birds.
If you live in the Blandford area and are perhaps feeling lonely or would enjoy a meal and chat please do come and join us. We would love to see you. Just turn up — no booking necessary.
