On Saturday 15 June, Gwyneth was invited to an afternoon of fun and games at Blandford Methodist Church. There were quizzes all around the hall, and the tables were beautifully laid for afternoon tea, with printed menus There were speeches from Barry Gransden and Grahame Downer, a wonderful cake to cut, and plenty of singing to well-known tunes, but with specially written words for Gwyneth!
She was presented with a large raised vegetable trug, with various accessories, together with a cheque.
