After the success of our Christmas Children's Celebration at Wimborne Methodist Church, we held an Easter Celebration.

About 40 children, plus adults, (parents, grandparents and even some great-grandparents!) had a wonderful time watching a video of the Easter story acted by school children in a modern-day setting, singing and making various craft items with an Easter theme.

There were Easter Bunnies and Eggs to colour in, baskets to make to hold little eggs,, cress gardens showing the empty tomb to assemble, biscuits to be decorated, and junk modelling!

The afternoon finished with a lovely tea and a good time was had by all.

Grateful thanks are expressed to the organisers, and all those who helped on the day with the activities and the catering.
