URC Xmas tree (2)

The Wimborne URC church held a Christmas Tree Festival in the early part of December 2019. Various organisations were asked to provide a tree with themed decorations.

Wimborne Methodist Church, which is a Dementia Friendly Church, dressed a tree with decorations from the fifties to represent a Memory Tree. The decorations were kindly loaned by Jennifer Jenkins, and brought out many comments such as "I remember those" and "We used to have those on our tree".
