Cream Tea Milford on Sea

It was on the hottest day of the year so far, 19th July, that we held a strawberry cream tea on the church premises. Attendees were offered scones, strawberry jam and cream,
followed by a bowl of strawberries (with more cream) and all washed down with cups of
tea so nobody should have left feeling hungry.
There was a good attendance from our own members, village residents, holidaymakers and others. It was particularly nice to see our Minister, Andrew and his family back amongst us.
After everyone had eaten, they were entertained by local music duo, JuBa, who performed a wide variety of songs that had some feet tapping and some singing along as well. A lovely afternoon which also helped to raise over £260 for church funds
