Wimborne's Easter Celebration this year had a mainly fishy theme. We began by thinking about what Easter means to us – springtime and chicks. Then we focused on the days after the Resurrection when Jesus appeared on the beach while some of the disciples were fishing. No fish were caught until Jesus told them to throw their net on the right side of the boat and then their nets were full. Twenty families (36 children) enjoyed the songs, crafts and the tea that followed. Below are a few pictures from the afternoon. Our thanks, as always, to everyone who helps us run this event. We couldn't do it without you.
