Wimborne First School held their Christmas Assembly at Wimborne Methodist Church on Friday 21st December. During the morning, Gwyneth presented the school with a cheque for just over £408, being the proceeds from the Open Day the previous Saturday. This will be used towards creating a Sensory Garden at their new school premises off Cranborne Road next summer.
In return, the Headteacher, Mrs Sarah Hartley, presented Gwyneth with a beautiful Christmas Cactus, it being her last Christmas service with the school and in gratitude for all she has done for the school.
